Cancellation Policy
Service Policy – Unfiltered Female Site Manager 1. Initial Consultations Your first online consultation is free of charge. This session is designed to assess your needs, review your drawings, and help you quantify materials accurately. 2. Paid Services After the initial consultation, all services (e.g., full material take-offs, project support, or drawing interpretation) are chargeable and quoted upfront. Payment is required in advance for any deliverables. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows will incur a £50 fee, payable before rebooking. Unless service is non chargable. 4. Drawings & Documentation Clients must provide clear and legible planning or building control drawings in advance of the consultation. If documents are missing or incomplete, the session may be postponed or limited in scope. 5. Data Use & Confidentiality All drawings and personal information shared are treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of providing the agreed service. 6. Liability Disclaimer All material estimates are based on the provided drawings and project information. Final purchasing decisions should be verified with your supplier or builder.
