RAMS get dismissed as paperwork, but when they’re site‑specific and properly communicated, they’re one of the strongest safety tools we have. Becoming a subcontractor showed me how easily generic RAMS happen and how much better the process becomes with detailed requests, structured reviews, and clear briefings. When we raise the standard, everyone on site is safer.
